Why our booking flow checks availability before taking money

Tour agencies can’t always promise a date the moment a traveler asks. Guides, vehicles and permits all need checking first.
The problem with pay-first booking
If a traveler pays and the agency then says no, everyone loses: the traveler waits for a refund and the agency pays fees on money it returns.
Request, confirm, then pay
- The traveler picks a package and asks for dates.
- The booking is created as pending and a chat opens with the agency.
- The agency confirms availability in one tap.
- Only then does the traveler see "Continue to payment".
The result is fewer refunds, fewer support calls, and travelers who trust the agency before they pay.
